If you want to purchase tickets, or have a question about a show, you can call the Northampton Box Office. They are the exclusive Box Office for IHEG and can answer most of your questions. You can call them at 413-586-8686 during normal business hours Mon-Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 12pm-5pm.

Our business line is 413-586-2632, our fax number is 413-586-1162. You can contact us on the web here.
There is no specified lot for The Iron Horse, Pearl Street, The Calvin & The Basement. There is some street parking available (free after 6PM, Sundays, and Holidays). There is a parking garage close by, E.J. Gare Parking Garage located at 85 Hampton Avenue if you can’t find street parking.
Mountain Park has plenty of onsite parking, including a designated area for Handicap Accessible parking closer to the venue gates. The cost of parking is included in the ticket price, so there is no additional charge to park at the venue.
The Calvin Theater is all assigned seating for the most part. There are a few select shows that will have a General Admission dance floor, located in the orchestra pit right in front of the stage. Note: Dance Floor means you have no assigned seat. It is open floor, general admission area for dancing/standing.
The Iron Horse is all General Admission, but seated on a first come, first serve basis for all 7:00pm dinner shows. Shows that are scheduled for 8:30pm, as well as late 10:00pm shows will typically have an open dance floor in front of the stage, with tables to sit at around the sides and in the back.
Pearl Street is also General Admission, but is open-floor, standing room only, with a few seating options for those unable to stand.
Mountain Park seating is show specific. All seating at Mountain Park is uncovered. If you purchase General Admission Lawn Seats (GA) there will be no chair provided. Patrons are welcome to bring blankets to sit on and/or low back beach or camping chairs. Lawn chairs are welcome, the lower the better. If you purchase an assigned seat, a chair is provided for you. Please note that assigned seating is not available for every show.
For 7:00 Iron Horse shows, doors open at 5:30 for dinner. For 8:30 Iron Horse Shows, doors open at 8:00. For 10:00 Iron Horse shows, doors open at 9:30. Due to limited seating, The IHEG staff suggests that you plan to arrive earlier rather than later to ensure you get a seat for full or sold out shows since seating is first come first serve regardless of whether you plan to order dinner or not.

For Pearl Street shows, doors open ½ an hour before show time.
Doors open at 7:00pm for 8:00pm Calvin Shows.

For Mountain Park, the door time will vary depending on the start time of the show. Please check the show listing for the correct time.
Please Note: The show start time is when the first opener will begin if there is one, not necessarily the headlining act.

Age Requirements – All shows at The Iron Horse, Pearl Street, Calvin Theater and Mountain Park are 6+ unless otherwise noted. The clubs ask that children 6-13 be accompanied by an adult. The Basement is small bar that is part of the IHEG family, it is 21+ all the time.

We ask that everyone in your party, regardless of age, be able to sit quietly through the concert without disturbing other patrons or the artists. Staff may ask parents whose children are noisy or uncomfortable to take them outside of the Concert Hall. If there is repeated disruption, we reserve the right to revoke admission. We strongly advise that if you do bring small children, they wear ear protection as many of shows are loud and can be damaging to young ears

Pearl Street Nightclub has two separate concert venues under one roof. The two rooms are known as the Ballroom (upstairs) and the Clubroom (downstairs). There are often shows in both rooms at the same time. You need a separate ticket for each show?

The Iron Horse frequently has an early show (7:00pm) and a late show (10:00pm) on the same night.
It is possible that the venues will release a handful of standing room only tickets on a first come first serve basis at the door, but there are no guarantees they will or how many, it’s the club’s discretion.

For Calvin shows, additional seats may be released the day of the show.

Only you can decide whether the IHEG venues are the right environment for your child. We encourage first timers to attend a show with their kids to decide for themselves. We have strict polices enforcing no underage drinking in all of our venues in accordance with the law, and reserve the right to ask persons to leave if they do not follow these rules.

The Iron Horse Entertainment Group does not actively accept unsolicited demos.

Being an artist or a new manager struggling to be heard is tough and we do empathize! However, there are several other venues in the area that are easier to get into and we strongly recommend doing so. We do pay attention to these shows! Building a small following is the best way to show you are serious and to eventually end up on a larger stage.
The Iron Horse Entertainment Group offers a number of unpaid, full-credit internship positions to area college students each semester. Students are responsible for applying prior to each semester. Please send resumes and a letter of interest to:
